MINNEAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–In a new survey of 178 companies in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, employers identify affordable health care as the greatest obstacle to business expansion. Other barriers to growth were government regulations,�weak�investment�markets and taxes.
